Wraparound Care is available every day at Todwick Primary School. You can book your child/ren into our Breakfast & After School Club using the forms attached and return them to wraparound@todwickps.org
BREAKFAST CLUB
Operational times
Breakfast club operates five days a week, Monday – Friday, 7.30 - 8.45 a.m.
Cost and booking (from September 2023)
The cost will be £4.00 per child per session with a reduction to £3.75 per session for children who attend all five days in a week.
For additional support there will be reduced costs for siblings:
- £3.75 per session for siblings
- £3.50 per session if all siblings attend all week
The aim is to provide a high quality service which offers the children a healthy, nourishing breakfast in a stimulating environment which is supportive and encouraging; where they can learn, exercise, have fun or take the opportunity to complete their homework in a quiet place. The children will be offered a range of interesting activities and the school environment with its resources will be perfect for them. It will be a fun way to kick-start the day for children from FS2 up to Y6.
AFTER SCHOOL 'COOKIE CLUB'
The Cookie Club provides a high-quality childcare service, offering refreshments and a healthy meal of the children’s choice.
Operational times
The club will operate five days a week, Monday – Friday, 3.15 – 6.00 p.m.
Meals
A meal will be provided for the children at a suitable time for them during the session. There will be a changing variety of menus on offer for the children to choose from.
Prices and Discounts (from September 2023)
Upto 6.00 p.m. including a light meal - £9.50 per child per day with a reduction to £9.00 for children who attend all five days in a week.
By way of additional support to larger families, there will be reduced costs for siblings:
Upto 6.00 p.m. £8.50 per day for siblings, £8.00 for siblings attending all week
Upto 5.00 p.m. with just a snack included for £5.50 per session
There is also a discount for children who have paid for an activity club before going to cookie club afterwards (£3.00 until 5pm, £6.00 until 6pm)
Childcare vouchers are accepted, or you can pay via BACS or Schoolmoney (details are on the booking form and will be on your invoice).
Cancellations
We understand daily changes can occur, please just let us know as soon as possible of any changes to your booking. We will credit your account with cancellations and this will be carried forward to the next bill (unless requested sooner) When children are absent from school due to illness, you will not be charged.
